• Collections & Delivery Please note that we DO NOT deliver. It's up to the clients to
  come and collect and return the Lawn Game Rentals to our home offices located in
  Olivedale, Randburg.



• If all the games are available for your dates, and all the supplied information is
  correct, you will receive a Booking Confirmation email with the Quote, Terms and
  Conditions, and directions to our home offices.
  
  
• Games booked for the weekend can be picked up on a Friday and must be returned by
  Monday.



• Games booked on weekdays can be collected the day before their use and returned
  the day after.



• Pick-ups and drop-offs must be negotiated and agreed upon during the booking process.
  Special delivery must be negotiated and agreed upon during the booking process due to
  additional charges that might arise.



• Games must be booked at least 7 days before they are to be used. No short notice
  bookings are allowed. We require this time to prepare, clean, and pack the games.



• If the games are unavailable on your selected dates, or some information is missing,
  Lawn Games will phone you and discuss and/or modify the order accordingly.



• If all the games are available for your dates, and all the supplied information is
  correct, you will receive a Booking Confirmation email with the Quote, Terms and
  Conditions, and directions to our home offices.



• Read, complete, scan, and email the signed quote and documents back to us as
  confirmation of your booking.



• No deposit is required but in order to secure the booking full payment of the order is
  required along with your confirmation of the booking. It can be paid using an EFT
  (electronic funds transfer). Unfortunately, no cash, credit cards, or cheques are
  accepted (yet). Email the EFT receipt to us to confirm payment.



• The full payment will be required 7 days before the games will be used. If no payment
  is received after 5 days, your booking will automatically be canceled.

Games booked for the weekend can be picked up on Friday and must be returned
by Monday.


• Games booked on weekdays can be collected the day before their use and
  returned the day after.



• Bookings are for a typical 1 to 2-day rental cycle (Saturday & Sunday) excluding
  pick-up and drop-off days. Longer rental periods are possible but might cost more.
  We have a 48-hour Cancelation Policy. After that, full costs will be recovered.
  Please note that the photos of the games are for indication only.



• Individual game sets may differ due to repaints, upgrades, or replacements.



• While we make every effort to make sure our games are in top condition and clean,
  they may contain some scratches or dents.



• No child, adult, or animal should try to stand or walk on any of the Rental
  Structures.



• No item should get wet or get placed into the mud to prevent any damage.



• IMPORTANT: All rental items should be returned in the same condition they have
  been received on the booking collection date. Any damage to items
  or loss of items will be settled by the lessee.



• Instructions for each game will be provided with each booking.
